Kings Weir is a historic and nationally- and internationally-renowned specimen and mixed-coarse river fishery on the River Lea, Wormley, Hertfordshire. It has been a family-owned business for the past 67 years and is managed by Andrew Tredgett and Loretta and Barbara Newton. Both the “Weir Pool” and “Members” sections are synonymous with large Barbel (to over 16lb), Chub (to over 9lb), Bream (to over 14 lb) and Pike (to over 20 lb). In addition, the fishery offers stillwater fishing on Holyfield lake where anglers can expect to catch specimen sized Carp (to over 40lb) and Bream (to over 14lb).
